رضيت بالله ربا وبالإسلام دينا وبمحمد صلى الله عليه وسلم

' - Allah will pardon his sins for him	To be recited three times Brief Commentary• In the narration transmitted by Ibn Rumh the words are:" He who said on hearing the Mu'adhdhin and verity I testify
He says something on his tongue, yet his actions reflect otherwise• This supplication emphasises the state of contentedness, which is far greater than mere tolerance	Reference: "Allah has promised that anyone who says this three times every morning or evening will be pleased on the Day of Resurrection

فضل قول رضيت بالله رَبًّا وبالإسلام دينا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيًّا: and with Islam as din code of life , his sins would be forgiven

Islam means to submit wholly to the commandments of Allah• I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, with Islam as my religion, and with Muhammad peace and blessings of Allah be upon him as my Prophet	The first matter that we affirm our content with, is that of Allah being our Lord

الأحوال التي يقال فيها: (رضيت بالله رباً وبالإسلام ديناً وبمحمدٍٍ رسولاً): Being content with a matter means that if that matter were in your own hands, you would act no different• Hadith, reported by Ahmad, hadith number 18063, and Abu Dawud, hadith number 4753
رضيت بالله ربا: Being content with Islam as your religion means you are content with every single commandment, prohibition, law, and punishment contained within this blessed religion• The Lord is the one who decrees and decides, therefore we affirm our content with everything that Allah decrees for us• This hadith, though concise and light on the tongue as it is, conceals a major reward for the one who truly adheres, contemplates and lives by it• Who has no partner, and that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger, and that I am satisfied with Allah as my Lord, with Muhammad as Messenger
