وقال الشيطان لما قضى الامر

Sesungguhnya aku tidak membenarkan perbuatan kalian mempersekutukan aku dengan Allah sebelumnya	Aku sekali-kali tidak dapat menolong kalian dapat memberikan pertolongan kepada kalian dan kalian pun tidak dapat menolongku dapat dibaca mushrikhiyya dan mushrikhiyyi
Such a one shall be guilty of shirk even though the follower might be at the same time cursing the one whom he follows and obeys	d Those who are disobedient to Allah have been accused of worshipping "Satan"

وقال الشيطان لما قضي الأمر إن الله وعدكم وعد الحق ووعدتكم فأخلفتكم ۖ وما كان لي عليكم من سلطان إلا أن دعوتكم فاستجبتم لي ۖ فلا تلوموني ولوموا أنفسكم ۖ ما أنا بمصرخكم وما أنتم بمصرخي ۖ إني كفرت بما أشركتمون من قبل ۗ إن الظالمين لهم عذاب أليم

The only difference between the two kinds of shirk may be the extent of the crime and not its nature.

[4] من قوله تعالى: {وَقَالَ الشّيْطَانُ لَمّا قُضِيَ الأمْرُ} الآية 22 إلى قوله تعالى: {مَا لَهَا مِن قَرَارٍ} الآية 26.: All trademarks belong to their rightful owners, all materials to their authors

وقال الشيطان لما قضي الأمر إن الله وعدكم وعد الحق ووعدتكم فأخلفتكم ۖ وما كان لي عليكم من سلطان إلا أن دعوتكم فاستجبتم لي ۖ فلا تلوموني ولوموا أنفسكم ۖ ما أنا بمصرخكم وما أنتم بمصرخي ۖ إني كفرت بما أشركتمون من قبل ۗ إن الظالمين لهم عذاب أليم: I did no more than this that I invited you to falsehood in opposition to the invitation to the Truth and tempted you to vice instead of virtue

Secondly, this is not the only instance of shirk in practice in the Qur'an	I also confess that it was aII deception that I gave you false assurances of prosperity, beguiled you by greed and enticed you in the snare of great expectations
I assured you that in the first instance there will be no life in the Hereafter, and that, if there be any you will go scot-free by the intercession of such and such a saint	First, this objection is not sound because Allah Himself would have refuted it, had it been baseless

وقال الشيطان لما قضى الامر ...: e Those who follow man-made laws without Allah's sanction have been reproved for setting up the makers of the laws without Allah's sanction as partners with God
