You're looking for al dente, that is, the noodles should put up some resistance to the tooth but not so much that it gums up in your back teeth, 9 to 10 minutes | A different flare entirely but fun! What makes 'black folk' or southern baked macaroni and cheese different? If it's too thick - just add a touch more till you get the thickness you like |
The only thing is I left out the breadcrumbs as it would have been too much with my stuffing.
